Company Co-Founder and CEO Greg Solano recently issued a company memo announcing a restructuring. He expressed concern that the company’s original creative-first ethos has been overshadowed by complex corporate processes, resulting in excessive planning and insufficient implementation.
Solano highlighted that some restructuring initiatives have already been set in motion as of February. He stated his renewed enthusiasm for leading the company into its next phase.
