The attackers have been promoting a sophisticated referral scheme to fraudulently obtain TON tokens from users. The victims are coerced into purchasing &#8220;boosters&#8221; through a bot, as scammers claim that this action is necessary to start earning money.<\/p>\n<p>However, buying a booster results in the user giving up control over their cryptocurrency. The scammers lure users with promises of earnings from both a flat payment of 25 TON for each referred friend and a commission based on the booster rate purchased by referrals.
