Manta Foundation introduces $50 million fund to support ecosystems.

Manta Network is a modular layer-2 network supporting zero-knowledge (ZK) applications. The project has announced a $50 million ecosystem to accelerate growth and offer funding to developer teams building within the Mantaverse. The $50 million allocation will last for one year starting from June 15th. Successful applicants receiving grants or direct investment will fall under the EcoFund Program, which includes the Ecosystem Grant Program aimed at early-stage projects.

This program provides support to developers working on innovative projects for Manta Network, including DeFi, Gaming, and NFT projects. The Manta Foundation seeks projects that demonstrate innovation, bring value, and contribute to the growth of the Manta Network, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment. Of the $50 million pool, $35 million is earmarked for direct investments, while $10 million will be distributed to early-stage projects as grants. Additionally, the platform has allocated $2 million for projects across AI, DePIN, zero-knowledge, and memecoins.

Another $5 million is designated for hackathons, and $4 million for general grants. Manta Network has seen growth in its zero-knowledge (ZK) applications, with Manta Pacific serving as the modular blockchain’s L2 for EVM-native ZK applications.
