Crypto market cap reaches $2.45 trillion amid downward pressure on Bitcoin, Solana, Ethereum, and Dogecoin

The global market cap of cryptocurrencies is currently around $2.45 trillion, reflecting a significant 94.5% increase from one year ago. During this period, the leading cryptocurrency recorded a trading volume of $22.89 billion, ranking as the second-highest amount within the last 24 hours.

Presently, the coin is being exchanged at a rate of $137.21 and has witnessed a 24-hour trading volume slightly above $2.4 billion. It has also experienced a nearly 8% decrease over a 14-day period and a 2.6% loss over 7 days.

At the time of writing, its value reached about $3,137, marking a slight 0.23% increase over the previous day. This modest increase was accompanied by a 24-hour trading volume of $10.26 billion, positioning ETH as the third most traded cryptocurrency after Tether and Bitcoin.

Nevertheless, the prevailing pessimistic sentiment in the crypto market has also impacted ETH as it has incurred a loss of more than 12% of its value within the last month. Similarly, the dog-themed coin, Dogecoin, has experienced a drop of nearly 3% in its price over the same period.

Currently trading at around $0.1451, the value of Dogecoin has fallen by more than 30% compared to its value one month ago.
